940's Kitchen & Cocktails

Awesome place! Cool atmosphere and fantastic food. I went with the family for a special occasion. The menu has something for everyone. I really like the shredded brussel sprouts. The shrimp and grits are outstanding. Service was excellent!

I really enjoyed this place. It took some coaxing of my friends, but they finally agreed and I'm happy with we went. I chose them for their vegan options and style. Started the meal with Eggplant fries made vegan style that everyone ate and loved! I finished with a wheat berry stir fry that was really good. Their cocktail suggestion for my entree was spot on and the atmosphere made the experience very enjoyable. We all had a great meal an experience. would definitely eat here again.

I just dined here for the first time and the place is remarkable. Allison L was very kind, knowledgeable and was an exceptional waitress. She needs a raise. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of the food!! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Food was fantastic. Loved the shrimp and grits. Kids devoured the mac and cheese & burgers, and the fries were similarly yummy. Fun cocktail menu with fair prices (especially during happy hour.) Will definitely be back.

Very noisy atmosphere due to all the hard surfaces. I tried a flight of cocktails, because I have never had a "cocktail on tap". It was interesting and strong. The portions were not huge but the food was very good, but I do not know if I could say it was a great value for your money. If you want gourmet-style food and portions this delivers. Service was prompt and mostly attentive. It is a nice experience.
