Cartwright's Ranch House

I tried this spot once with a friend and I am obsessed ever since. I liked the great ambience and yummy dishes and beverages. 5 stars.

Staff is always super friendly and the food is always delicious. Never ordered something I didn't like, and I've never had a bad experience. I wish it was less busy, but I suppose that's good for them so I can't object.

Expect to wait a little bit due to the popularity of this restaurant, we typically wait about 5-10 minutes to be seated. Food is amazing and that fried chicken is always delicious. Friendly staff a major plus. I do wish the restroom was bigger though.

We came with a large group at the last minute on a Saturday. They were able to accommodate us fairly quickly. The server was great, moved through everything pretty quickly. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food. Great menu selection that covered everyone.

Cartwright's Ranch House on the square in Denton, TX is such a great place. There is so much character in the old building. I love the old brick, murals and signs on the walls, high ceilings. The food is delicious. Breakfast is served all day, but there are many options for lunch or dinner, as well. Prices are very reasonable and they are open seven days a week. The only drawback for us is the parking issue. Parking is available on the street and there are parking lots a block or so off the square.
