Mi Cocina

Dawson Byrd is hard and honest worker. He serves people with a Enthusiastic Attitude. One the BEST waiters in mi cocina flower mound. He served me and my date with a very happy smile on his face and he deserves waiter of the month!

After a long day of shopping, my sister and I had a lovely meal at Mi Cocina. One thing that really impressed me was the service. The servers were well trained in anticipating their customers needs. I thought that we were being treated special, but I observed others across the room receiving the same consideration and service. I asked my server for a doggy bag for the chips that we had not finished. He did not let me take the cold ones on the table. Instead he gave me a special bag of chips that had warming instructions on it. How many restaurants have you been to that provide a bag of warm chips with the doggy bag? I visited not to long ago, and Carmen gave amazing service, she answered all the question we had very quickly and was very efficient. Aidan was very welcoming, he smiled and never stopped! Aidan was very nice and had a good attitude as well. Olympia was our server, she kept up a good attitude and was very timely with our drinks and food. She was very sweet and made us feel welcome. Over all this was a great experience and we will surly be back!

I came to Mi Cocina from out of town with some family who recommended it. As soon as we sat down a bus boy named Aidan came and brought us chips and salsa, he also helped bring out our food. He had a great attitude and helped us with whatever we needed. I was very impressed. Not to mention the manager Carmen, she was very sweet and I loved talking with her! These two made my first Mi Cocina experience amazing!

Mi Cocina is our favorite Mexican restaurant. The entire management staff from the GM on down are amazing and so super sweet and on top of everything. They greet each table and make everyone feel like family which you don't typically find with a large chain restaurant but somehow they do this and they do it very well. Also, we always request a server named Dawson. He is such a great server and he truly wants to make sure everything is perfect. He makes time for each table and is genuinely interested in the people he is serving. The thing that truly amazes me is that is is a high school student but he acts like a seasoned server. Such a great place and we are so happy to have Mi Cocina in our neighborhood.
