“This is a jewel. When we arrived, John greeted us and explained the menu to us. We arrived during their happy hour (4–6) which includes a selection of wines wines (50Z @$8) and several appetizers ($4-8). We tried four of the five red wines and enjoyed them all. In the bites, we tried potato chips, shrimp and corn fritters, and stuffed fried olives. In addition we also had to try the cauliflower tempura (spicy and delicious). We can’t say enough nice things about John. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and a great asset to this business. Clink has to be on your eating adventure list.”

“We were excited to try this place after looking at the menu. The place was pretty busy for a Friday night and it was very loud inside. The food was cooked well and tasted good but the cocktails were very disappointing. We ordered a second round before our entree arrived but they didn’t arrive until after we were finished eating. Our server was not very apologetic and the cocktails that they brought both tasted off. The old fashioned had way too much bitters and the margarita had table salt around the rim and just tasted weird. No manager ever came by our table while we were there which is kind of disappointing. How are they going to know what is good and what isn’t if they aren’t touching their tables? We won’t be back for awhile so they can work through the new restaurant struggles. Not bad but I wouldn’t spend another date night here.”

“The service is very kind and the place is rather nice. As for the food, it is important to note that the restaurant is still new and working on improving. The beef, chicken, and pork are tasty when warm but get cold very quickly. The tortillas also get cold very quickly. The beans, however, were excellent. They were very warm and tasted excellently! Another very important deciding factor was that all the food is home made from scratch, giving it a unique taste. Overall the service and beans and drinks were good, but the food could do with some work. Very excited to see how this place develops and what the future holds!”

“I was excited to discover there was a new sit down breakfast restaurant near my sons school. This intersection needed a good breakfast place. I’ve eaten here twice and I have enjoyed it both times. The coffee is good and strong. The food portions are large. It wasn’t busy at all (8am on a Wednesday). Perfect for meeting friends for breakfast/coffee! This will be my preferred weekly breakfast place to camp out for a few hours while my son takes his class.”

“What an incredible new addition to the Flower Mound community! My friends and I attended their "Soft Opening" tonight. They had a beautiful, lounge chic, Hollywood premier vibe set up outside. I absolutely loved it! While we waited in the extensive line to get in, we were spoiled with samples of smoothies, bowls and bottles of water. We met the Owner and the President of Everbowl Texas. They both were very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They educated us on their mission and sustainability efforts. I ordered the Full Moon, which was suggested by Jeff, the President of Operations with Everbowl. He also talked to us about some of their merchandise and other offerings. My friend and I both bought an Acai bracelet.... the purple was my favorite! The Hospitality from start to finish was unprecedented, and as someone who does not by any means consider "healthy" options first when choosing where to go, I could eat Everbowl every day! 10/10 would highly recommend, and I hope they continue to expand. This isn't just wanted, it's Needed!!!!!”

“I grew up in San Diego and moved to TX in 2006. This place is exactly like the taco shops back in Cali—in fact the chain started in SD county. The surf and turf burrito was excellent. The fish taco could have been cooked a bit crispier, but was still good. They have horchata! This place is as authentic as it gets for Cal-Mex. Glad they opened a location close by.”

Pictured is a whole fish covered in chili oil and the chick and pepper hot pot the can is an herbal tea served cold. For two people spent $58 and it was SOOOOO much food so we had plenty to take home.”

“Family owned, family recipes. Absolutely delicious food. Friendly, welcoming service and nice atmosphere. A good test of Mexican food is how much care goes into the basics of rice and beans. Too often, rice and beans are thoughtless fillers at Tex Mex and even self-proclaimed Mexican restaurants. Alma's clearly cares about each item they put on a plate and takes time to make every serving delicious. I would be happy with just a plate of their rice and beans for a meal. Enchiladas are authentic and the ranchera sauce is spot on. I try mole whenever it is on a menu and Alma's is quite nice with wonderful sesame flavor. We look forward to returning and trying out other parts of the menu. Alma's is a promising addition to dining in Flower Mound.”

“Fresh ingredients and large portions. Just note that the carbonated water can be easily confused with the regular water. A lot of my family and I have confused the two. The best protein to get is chicken. It has an amazing seasoning and doesn't taste dry. The ingredients are so fresh and quality so it's very worth the price. Plus, the meal can last for lunch and a small midday meal. The service here is great too. The employees working here are friendly and accommodating.”

“Originally, I was gonna get tacos but decided to try this place out. The ambience was a bit lacking, so I was about to leave. Fortunately, I didn't. The food was pretty quick (5-10min), and it tasted really good. The chicken was juicy, skin was crisp, and the sauce was really good. My only complaint is that that the breading could have used a bit more seasoning. So for the most part, this place was really enjoyable to eat at.”

I could drink their Z sauce it’s so tasty. Prices are a bit higher than it seems they should be (looks like Denton prices are cheaper than FM?) but it’s a tough economy right now. We’ll be back!”

“I had to leave a review! It was a must. I’m currently in early pregnancy with cravings that i must satisfy. I have been wanting some fresh crab cakes and traveled to most high end stores to find them. I wasn’t finding any that was catching my eye. My boyfriend found this market and soon as i got off work i took a 30 minute drive to give this place a try. I can’t even express myself enough but that place was like walking into fresh seafood HEAVEN 😍 plus i found the crab cakes just as i pictured but not only that they tasted even BETTER than they looked. The customer service was amazing and Dan answered all my questions and provided the best service. That place looks a AMAZING. Highly recommend this is now my go to market!!! Thanks DAN for making the most amazing crab cakes.”
