This place is very nice and I'd love to give it 5 stars, but a couple of things keep me from doing so. First the good: we were seated promptly and greeted by a very nice waiter. We ordered the Mucho Plato which was very good overall. The quail was delicious, my one year old and I loved it, as were the steak and chicken. The ribs were good. Now the not so great: the chips had an old oil flavor and when we asked for another basket, those had it too. We would have complained but the wait staff was sparse. Chips and salsa are always a favorite for me when I eat Mexican or Tex-Mex, so this was very disappointing. The shrimp was very tough, though it had a great flavor. There was a lot of noise, but I suppose this is a noisy kind of place. I'll know to expect that next time. Finally, when we were ready to leave, we saw tons of waiters gathered at the bar, but none looked our way for quite a while. Overall, it was a good experience, with high quality food, marred by bad chips and somewhat sub-par service. I expect it will be a better experience next time we go.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and I have to say that we were very satisfied! Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess showed us to our table. The restaurant was clean and well lit. There is an option to sit outside on the patio. There are televisions by the bar area. There are handicap parking spaces as well as a handicap entrance. Our waiter, Ed, promptly approached our table to take our order for drinks and appetizers. It arrived quickly. Ed then also took our main dish orders. The food was great!!!!! The atmosphere was great and so was the service of our waiter, Ed! He explained how the restaurant made their salsa and queso fresh. I wish more dining establishments had his skills and personality!!! We will definitely return to this restaurant!!!

I wasn't expecting much when I went into this restaurant. Though I was thoroughly blown away with the preparation and the quality of the food. Everything was incredibly delicious. The rotating specials are all made from scratch daily in that kitchen. Their name is their way of cooking, from scratch. I highly recommend you go and try there from scratch cuisine.
