    Amazing food. The staff was excellent. 4 stars because they don’t let you add your transactions to their rewards account after purchasing. some people (like myself) don’t create rewards accounts until they try the food and know if they will most likely be coming back.

    Delicious coffee and pastries. Came here on a Saturday morning and waited in a fairly short line. Heart coffee is always great - cappuccino with oat milk was really good. Regular croissant & ham and cheese croissant were both fantastic! Very flaky and buttery.

    I usually go to the pick up/to go counter and Sandy is always there to greet me genuinely. Every time she delivers REAL customer service with an honest smile. I love picking up from La Madeleine's because it means I get to see Sandy. Love her. Love this location. 5/5 would eat again.
