Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Great customer service and wonderful inviting atmosphere. Jennifer was a darling helping us decide what amazing flavors to choose from, there were so many! Overall a delightful experience, the ice cream was divine!

My wife and daughter decided they needed some pre lunch ice cream on a Saturday. Apparently...before they opened! As my 4 year old tugged on locked door (and my wife tried to grab her), the gentleman stopped her and invited them in. He was nice enough not only to serve them early but let them try several flavors before they made their decision. The best part, my wife (a foodie extraordinaire) said it was the BEST ice cream she has EVER had. Amazing service, amazing ice cream. Now its Dad's turn to try!

I give five stars as an encouragement so that this new business will flourish. All good except two improvements: 1) Manager (or owner) welcomed and gave intro to customers waiting in front of us. Then, simple hello to our family and skips intro. We stalled at the counter because we lacked intro. 2) The cashier processes our credit card payment but does not give us an option to pay extra for the tips. We habitually always pay tips. Overall, very pleasant experience and wish many blessings.

Got a pint of the Blue Monster and Banana Cream Pie. Excellent flavors, creamy texture, so happy to have a Handel's in Flower Mound. Was able to enjoy it when I was at Ohio and now its close to home! Plenty of cookies and oreos on the Blue Monster. Will have to come back to try their other flavors.

Amazing ice cream. Walked in a little early for their soft opening but they were inviting. The staff was so friendly to me and my daughters. They gave away some free scoops. But we'll definitely be back to get more and try all the flavors and frozen treats. Super excited to have them nearby
