Craft Pies Pizza Company Little Elm

New place, I feel like it is still trying to get it’s legs under it. There were several employees there but they seemed more focused on joking around and laughing, than helping the customers. However, the flavor of the pies was good. Tasty with fresh ingredients. They do offer a Gluten Free crust (cauliflower). Not the best and if you have Celiac, it is definitely cross contaminated. Finishing touches were forgotten (the balsamic vinegar drizzle and peppers on my husbands pizza) and the dining room was a mess with no clean tables, although there were at least ten empty tables. We’ll probably give them a few more months to get things running more smoothly and given them another try. Pricing is comparable to Mod or Blaze.

This is a regular spot for us. I like the variety of craft sodas. I like the variety of toppings & that you can customize each pizza as you go through the line. It's quick, but it doesn't taste like fast food. The pizzas are really good & they have many healthy choices.

My mini pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and bacon was light on toppings but very tasty. The mini veggie with artichoke added was also quite tasty. The toppings could have been more evenly distributed.

If you like pizza this place is for you. So good! All the ingredients taste fresh and they have so many styles of pizzas and use really good cheese. Its a great place to eat. I absolutely love the food and atmosphere. Their BBQ is my favorite. I will go here again. I recommend

A surprisingly good pizza. I had the Margherita Pizza. The grape tomatoes were tasty and fresh. Cook time was just right to get a table and soda. The line cook was very polite and took the time to explain the menu to us. The pizza was so tasty, we both enjoyed our meals. We definitely will be returning for lunch again.
