With a family that has different food allergy needs, it is nice to have gluten free sweet potato fries and hash browns. The burger, lettuce wrapped, was great. It is nice to choose cheese, bacon or avocado on a burger. This has real food options! The kid land is fun. The fans around the outdoor seating made it very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was dirty so I couldn't give a five star. The drink and sauce area was gross. Every table not occupied was dirty. The door to the play area was covered in smudges and greasy fingerprints. (Honestly, I didn't go into the bathroom.) I saw the staff checking their cell phone and hanging out between orders, but no one cleaned up the eating area. (I did see them clean the meal prep area though.) This might be a drive through only for my family.

Wow! This place far exceeded my expectations. The burgers were cooked fresh and you can tell. They are big too. Some people have said this place is expensive, but for what you get I would say that is not accurate. The service was spot on as well. We will definitely be going back.

This is a pretty cool place. It's great if you have kiddos because there is a playground. The burgers were good- nothing to fancy. Our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. The servers overall were friendly.

Tried Hat Creek for the first time friendly staff and nice outside playground for the kids. The food is pretty good but a little pricey for burgers and fries. I would suggest combos or add fries and drink for a few dollars, and adjust the tables inside to accommodate smaller families. Right now not sure if I’ll return, unless it becomes more appealing. Being new I hope they can evaluate, read reviews and make a few tweaks to continue bringing in customers. I can spend the same amount of money at a sit down restaurant.
