The place is well maintained, courteous staff. Only issue is that the salads are always too cold. Would be good if they were at room temperature.
Great coffee, friendly staff, pecan braid is really good. This store has a great place for computer work, a favorite place to work and not be bothered.
I like their cinnamon raisin swirl loaf, and got some treats for the family. But the kid tending the front ignored me until I went to him, which was unusual. I am usually greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. May be the quality of the customer service is going down, the kid's lack of interest in doing his job, or it is just this location's lack of standards. I hope the products are quality, at least.
Have been using this location since they opened. We use their rapid pick up option for lunch breaks and when we just don’t feel like being out. Last two orders have had issues. During the Christmas break, before New Year’s day, ordered bagels with spreads. They were out of spreads, except plain cream cheese. Not a huge issue but an issue for a bakery. Today ordered lunch only to find out that they were out of a couple of toppings for sandwiches, and got home only to find that my tuna salad sandwich had no tuna salad.
Manager in training at store explained the missing item(s) and spoke with onsite manager to offer refund. Order was refunded before leaving store. However, as said, the missing main ingredient was not found until arrival at home. Called back to see about getting item remade, only to be greeted with apathy and told other options were now out of stock.
I appreciate the refund of the order. I appreciate the Corporate Social Media person reaching out and listening, hence 3 stars. However, this appears to be a local issue with this location.
