I had a pulled pork sandwich, chicken popper, some sausage, and coleslaw. The pork was very flavorful and tender, the sausage was flavorful as well, the chicken popper wasn't bad but just wasn't quite as good as the pork and sausage. To be fair though, you try keeping chicken moist all day long. It's near impossible. The coleslaw was fine. Just a pretty standard coleslaw. The big shock was the option of white or jalapeno bun. I got the jalapeno option and it was probably one of the best buns I've ever had. Light, fluffy, and just a little bit spicy
We had a family group of 6 therefore got a variety of Pork Ribs, Brisket, Regular and Jalapeno Sausage, and Chicken Poppers, but got everything to go. Every one of these was great. We also got sides of Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, and Macaroni and Cheese. I did not eat any of these, but my family did, and there were no complaints. I was told the Mac and Cheese was very good though. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
Just walking up to this restaurant, you can smell the BBQ cooking. The smoked goodness of the food is amazing, especially the sides that are offered. The Mac n cheese is to die for.
The smoked ribs, sausage and turkey are great, don't miss the beans or the extra BBQ sauce either!
Wow. We were headed to another restaurant and the smell from Hard 8 made us change our mind. This BBQ is really good and lean. The french fries were amazing. Not a huge fan of the Mac N Cheese. Everything else was wonderful!
