Pizza Hut

I had ordered 10 pizzas for non profit organization event with specific time for break. I called about an hour before pick up time and they started it would be ready at time I wanted to pick up. I understand that they were busy on Saturday evening, but my order wasn't ready until 15 minutes after. I had kids waiting for pizza during break and event had to delay starting after break due to this issue. I also requested them to let me borrow the pizza carrier to keep them warm with deposit down and promised to bring it back in an hour, but that was denied too. Little bad on customer service specially when you are ready to put colladeral for it. Lessons learned. Always ordered to be picked up before time you need it to ensure your items are in your hand at the time you need them.

I fell asleep and missed their delivery guy so I drove up to their place and they were all super nice and friendly. Even though it was my fault they offer to fixed all new food for me and wanted to make sure that I had the best experience. Pizza hut is now my number 1 pizza place!
