Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Odessa Restaurant

We love the atmosphere here and the service is pretty good too. Friendly staff! If it's sports ...it's in one of their 257,000 televisions. 🤣

Came in near close, so wasn't expecting much, but our waiter, Marco was absolutely awesome! Super friendly with excellent customer service! Made us feel welcome and the food was delicious 😋

We were in there the other day, the service, and the food was amazing!!! From the moment we walked in the door, your hostess, Bailey, made us feel right at home and suggested we get the gator bites as our appetizer. I've always wanted to try them but was never brave enough to order them, not ever having alligator before. I think that is my new favorite item from your menu. Our server, Mikayla, was so attentive, we haven't had service like that in a very long time. It's rare that my steak ever comes out perfect, the kitchen nailed it, right down to our sides, the food and the service was phenomenal! The restaurant and bathroom were spotless. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I pay attention to detail. It's nice to know we still have a restaurant here, that takes pride in being in the industry, and delivering such an amazing guest experience. It's obvious that your whole restaurant works together, like a well oiled machine. Something I haven't seen in a very long time. Thank you ladies, and the rest of the staff for such a great experience, I'll be back very soon!!!!!
