Buffalo Wild Wings

Well the place is nice as always. I've been coming here for about 5 years. But the service has changed. They don't have the salt and pepper shakers on the table along with the ketchup. No wet naps to clean your hands with either. It was nice to have those. The servers don't let you know about the specials of you don't ask. The only reason I know about happy hour is because I go so often. On my last visit, the waitress was nice but it took forever to get some of the drinks. The soda was flat, the lemonade had no flavor, it took forever to replace the drink(I kept my lemonade) the bud light tastes weird and so on. We decided to get Budweiser instead and holly molly...to my surprise, bud was not on the happy hour price 10 DOLLARS for 2 beers. Needless to say we were not advised of this...so will I go back....I don't know. I love the wings but the service needs to be a little better.

I frequent Buffalo wild wings usually tuesdays or thursdays, the multiple experiences ive had so far have not been the best, the service is slow, tou can sit for more than 10 minutes before you get offered a drink, the floors are messy, booths are ripped apart as tou can see in the photos i took today, being in the Westside area of El Paso, i would think the standards would be high but seems they have dropped, was a dissapointing visit, wings were okay not the best so far...and i keep going to see if any improvements are done will see ,

Great food and decent service. it's a little loud and it's difficult to hear your companions. But it's a great place to be able to go watch sports and have a beer or some chicken wings. They've got a great selection of sauces and different spices to add to your chicken wings. Thumbs up!

Most of my experience has been at the bar. Servers are awesome and if you want set and seen quicker sit here. Decent beer selection, don't forget they offer bottles too so if you don't see your beer on tap just check left or right of the bar.
