Great they have good customer service

Staff is friendly and location has a good size setting area. Only down fall is the parking area. Very limited since it's a full busy shopping center.

I ordered a steak burrito to be delivered to my house because I don't have a car more than five hours ago and when I received it it had no steak yet my card was still charged the normal price. When I spoke to the manager Iliana she offered to make me a new one but wouldn't deliver it and said I would have to pick it up even though I had already stated the reason why I chose my food to be delivered was because I couldn't go in person to the establishment. Even if I could, why should I have to personally go when it was their mistake? She said she would give me my money back but like I said it's already been a few hours and my bank statement is still the same.
Ms Manager, please give me my money back like you said you would and I will remove this review.

Update: I did get an email and my refund will be processed in a few days. Great customer service and patience. I will be ordering from here again in the future

The food was ok tasting. A little cold. The staff was friendly, but they appeared to rush through my order even though there was no one waiting. They kept giving small portions sloppily and I had to keep asking for more of each item. The forks are at the drinks island, but the spoons for some reason are at the cashiers station and you have to ask for them. Overall the experience was ok, nothing fancy.
