The Pizza Joint

The manager is very rude, has no patience. Love the pizza here, but I recommend the downtown location because the service here is trash. I had a large order and he kept pressuring me about the time but I had no issue waiting. He lacks customer service and respect because there was no reason for me to be upset but he found a reason to make the experience unpleasant.

Would.of been 5 stars but ordered take out and taste was that of left over pizza.. Dinning in was good! So much for that happening anytime soon!

Best cheese pizza in town. Well best pizza in town. Would have bought a whole pie but they were closing. Stay open later on the weekend please!!!

The wings, the joints and the pizza are all very good. I have never order anything here that I did not like. The fact that they have the right amount of beer selection makes it such a good place to go to. Pizza + Beer is always a good combination. I'm sure some people can agree that the pizza can be baked a little longer and the crust a little thicker. They make it right there (the pizza) on the spot so I'm pretty sure these are requests that can be accommodated, which brings me to my next point and the reason why this review is not a four star or higher. The customer service here is really bad. It always feel like you are bothering the employees for something. I know Pizza Joint hires the cool, bohemian and eccentric people, but dang! Maybe to cool to have decent customer service?

Good place for a quick bite, really spacious, and the pizza ???? it’s pretty delicious. We ordered to go because we were on a rush but costumer service was great, the food was made in like 10 minutes so it is fast. The ham and pineapple pizza it my favorite but the classic is good as well. I recommend this place to UTEP students because it’s fast and not expensive. The slices are pretty big, take this in consideration. I give this place the 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????
