Noodles & Dumplings

Great shop for noodles, dumplings, and soup. The only downside is the type of noodle they make, handmade, in the restaurant.

It resembles spaghetti and is not made via lye water or at least not pure lye water which would made the noodles super hard to knead but allows a springy texture to the noodles.

The soups on the other hand are to die for.

It was my first time there, and I realized soon after sitting down that I got there just in time! This place is popular! And by the quality of the food, i totally understand why. It is a rather small area, with more than enough waiting staff. I really recommend checking this place out, even if you have to wait awhile to be seated down, the food is worth it.

Limited seating and parking is tight. It’s best to arrive before the rush. When you walk in, the sign in process is simple. Service and food was great. Serving size is wonderful and had to take some of the portion home because we couldn’t finish. Definitely recommend

I would definitely recommend this place! The food is no joke - it's delicious. It takes a while, but just go in expecting that. They cook everything, including noodles, from scratch. I tried the beef mixed noodle - absolutely delicious, the pork scallion bao - tasty, but next time I'd like to try a different filling, and the egg tarts - AMAZING. I would go just for the egg tarts! The service was pretty good.

Some pretty great food here ???? right off the back though, its a long wait for the food, however it is worth it because it's freshly cooked!.. The only problem I ran into is the consistency with their servers... The customer service isn't good at all. And I need to mention the soda cans are mostly always dirty on top of the can. And my servers never want to clean it or give me a cleaner can even after I ask so idk what's up with that. But overall 3 stars mainly for the food, even tho the shrimp plate wasn't any good... I would say the best food, or at least in the top 3... The ORANGE CHICKEN & FRIED RICE W/ CHICKEN!! ????????Peep the pics ????
