Red Lobster

My original order was carryout, and had been less than expected, so when I called to complain, the GM Grisella (I hope I got the spelling correct) apologized and offered to remake the entire order for us. The second time around, it was perfect! My granny absolutely loved the food. The staff was incredibly sweet and professional. I won't be going to any location other than this one. Thank you so much for the experience.

It was good. We had a party of 6. Birthday party...83 year old. They sang to her and lit a candle.
The food was good. Service was a little slow...and they were NOT busy.
AND ...they made us wait to be seated (with 2 older ladies with walkers.. And YES they were notified ahead of time.)
So....food good. Service....not so much.

We went for dinner to celebrate our mom's birthday. Our server, Diego, was amazing! He was quick, attentive and even moved the lighting around for us so we could get a great picture with our mom! After our meal, he brought out some ice cream and the team sang happy birthday with us. They even printed out a personalized card, with signatures from everyone! Great place, great service. Definitely recommend!

We had a good experience with a party of 5. We were celebrating a birthday and hanging out in a casual manner. Waitress was competent especially with answering dietary questions and describing the various dishes. They did leave the glasses empty a bit too long. Other than that, we enjoyed our time. The restaurant was empty when we got there, and the ambience was fine. The food was cooked very well and was all around tasty.
