I don't know what the standard for the amount of chicken in a chicken pho is but my portion seemed very light. It was a to go order so this may be another example of companies short changing meat portions in take out orders. Pho Tre Bien Express had better portions on meat and additional ingredients.

Ordered off of Door Dash, took a little bit longer since I don’t live nearby but it was well worth the wait. Steak and brisket pho is delicious. Steak pho is also delicious. Next time I need to order more fried rolls because they were heavenly! Highly recommend trying the Jazen teas too. ????

Food was good. I order a #46 Spicy Sate. It was delicious but not enough shrimp or squid. However I do recommend it. My husband got a #2 Steak & Brisket and enjoyed it. The fried rolls are highly recommended. ???? Fast and good customer service. The drinks are also very good.

Slow service. Though I understand they just opened yesterday, you would expect to be ready to serve from all options they have. The broth on the other hand does have good flavor. It’s not a meal I would like to be served with disposable plastic spoons and forks (can’t get much broth and or noodles at same time. You would think pho with the classical deep spoons. Fatty brisket, not the type that you would like, could have been cut better. I’d come back to try the rice plates just to give them another chance. So far not impressed, kinda bummed tbh. Tato boba looks white unlike everywhere else. Bowls are deep, so spoon is near useless. Bring your own?
