I don’t eat meat and yet they were able to customize almost anything into a no meat substitute. The food was just amazing. Not to mention hearty ❤️and healthy! ????. I downloaded their mobile app and received to receive a free protein shake. I have never found a protein shake that I really actually like till this one ☝️. My mother is diabetic and they assisted her in finding a suitable meal for her as well. Meals come in sturdy containers meant for storing. You can order meal plans to have your entire week of healthy/fitness meals in place ahead of time. They deliver to some areas, download the app, enter your address and you’ll find out you’re in an area they’ll deliver to.
