Told me she'd be right with me, since she was attending guest in dining area. Came back quickly & apologized. Told me my order was another 5 minutes till ready. Again apologizing. Only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because their lettuce did not look fresh, it looked like it had freezer burn.
