Our service by Desiree was top notch but the food was not as good as we remember. We don't usually complain, but the food we got was so salty that we couldn't eat it. The manager was very helpful and apologetic. Maybe next time it will be better!

We stopped in on our way back to Houston from Dallas. The entire restaurant was very clean. It was busy, but our waitress did her best to keep up. The food was excellent! We had deep fried bacon for appetizers and it was awesome. My family of five was able to eat quite affordably and we all enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend this cafe! Very pleasant atmosphere.

Good comfort food! Atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Food was good and plenty of the various dishes. Very well priced as well. We had appetizers, two entrees with extra sides and ice tea for about $35. Wait staff nice and place very easy to find. They were busy and there was about a 20 minute wait.

We went in an hour before close. The fried green tomatoes completely rock. My suggestion would be go earlier so they have not run out of products as our order took an hour and was prepared as if the cook was trying close and the chicken fried steak though had great flavor it looked as if it had been microwaved.
