Jersey Mike's Subs

Amazing service! Last night I went to Jersey Mike's which wasn't my first time but still awesome. The manager last night was helping everyone in line and was being very friendly. Once she was done slicing my sandwich she went over to the grill to help get the hot subs out and still managed to be able to keep the place looking good. I came in about 8pm and everything looked fresh and nice. I am always happy when going because of the friendliness of all the employee's and how nice the store looks. Very Impressed.

I finally made it in to Jersey Mike's and was not disappointed. The store was clean, the employees were friendly, and were patient with me as I took forever to decide what I wanted. Bethany and Brad helped with my order. They suggested that I get my sandwich "Mike's Way" & I'm so glad they did. It was amazing. This is, hands down, the best sandwich shop in town. I'll be a returning customer!

Had a negative experience because of an immature young man, but Blake (the GM) really went above and beyond to rectify the situation. It’s unfortunate that young man did what he did, but the store as a whole has some great folks working there and the food is very good. Awesome cheesesteak and meatball subs, do give them a try.

I had never been to a Jersey Mike's prior to the one in Midlothian opening. I had been missing out! This place is fantastic and now I go almost daily. Blake the manager greets all the guest and asks how is everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced in a fast food chain. The food is fresh and delicious. I almost always get my sub in a tub and am happy to report I have dropped a few pounds. The tubs are great for people doing the Keto diet. I will be a loyal customer for life!!!!!!!! I have tried almost everything and it is all good.
