Waffle House

The night shift was my favorite group of people I’ve ever met and they exceeded my standards. I love them and recommend them to everybody. :)

Was over charged had to wait till morning but manager was very understanding and gave me a refund. Still new so things may happen. Food was good and service was decent still need some training but it’s good to see they can admit when wrong and fix it.

Very well staffed and friendly fast service. You know exactly what you get at each restaurant, the food flavor has a standard. That is what is great about it.

The food was good. Issues I had were that we didn’t get offered refills so we pretty much ate our food dry and after all our food was delivered to the table we weren’t asked if there was anything else we wanted and we did want to request some jelly but after a while our waitress was not around. They can definitely turn it around as far as serving the customer

We came as a family of 5 during a very busy lunch hour and the service and food was great. Erin was our waitress and got our order perfect. She was friendly, checked on us multiple times, and the service was fast. The whole crew was working very hard. We will be back for sure. Thanks Erin!
