Such incredible customer service! There's a lady that works around lunchtime named Lori that always makes everyone feel at home. The nicest lady ever! Always asking to get you anything, refill your drink or clean your table. Once I got up to go get an ice cream cone that I had paid for but waited until I was finished to get, and she stopped me from getting up so she could go get it. It's like being welcomed into her home!! Love this location.

Love Chick-fil-A food. Employees are always so nice and courteous. Chicken on breakfast biscuit could be a little bigger but overall great job

Really do I need to write this. This is my go to place for fast food. Yes the number one is good but how about grilled nuggets. The salads are great. Healthy kids meals. Great lemonade.and you do know they do breakfast. Where do you get better customer service in fast food. My pleasure!!!!

The staff at this Chick-fil-A is always super nice and friendly. I visit this location on a regular basis and I have never had a bad experience. I get the spicy chicken sandwich add pepper jack cheese and extra pickles with a large fry and everything is always hot and fresh.

I love the great service there the most. I always go for a salad with strawberries and apples in there.. I have been there several times and if they make a mistake with an order they fix it right away and apologize very characteristically and professional.. I do not mind errors with my order, as long as they are fixed promptly and adequate. I am so happy they open a location in Red Oak, just the specific location is a little crowded and dangerous when it comes to traffic. But overall I recommended mostly for the good customer service and delicious salads...!
