Dickeys Barbecue Pit

The ice cream machine was down, but the other food was great.

It's Dickey's so you should already have an idea of what you are getting. This location has a great staff. Always friendly and good service from them. We've been coming here for years and never disappointed.

Good, but they used to be a lot better. The food never disappoints (way better than the Wax. location), but it feels like they've had to slash their budget or something. They ration their sauces now, and the kids' meals no longer include a "yellow cup" as advertised. The fries aren't seasoned like they used to be, and I think they went with cheaper (bagged) chicken nuggets (that ran out on Kids Eat Free Sunday), because they don't taste like they use to.

My only real gripes are the staff never really seem like they want to be there, the floor is constantly slippery, and the ice cream machine is always broken (even on Kids Eat Free Sundays)--I don't think it's worked in over a year.

I moreso recommend getting to-go. Flavor and portions are great, though.
