Scoops Ice Cream

This was our 1st time visiting Scoops, but it most definitely won't be our last. My family and I live in the area and we pass it all the time coming from or going home. We would always say we're gonna stop and visit, but time was never on our side. Well today was our day, and we're so happy we did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With it being our 1st visit, we were unsure on what to get. The young gentleman who helped us recommended the vanilla bean and it was a hit!!! My daughter had the cotton candy flavor , my son had cookies n cream, and I tried the salted caramel & buttered pecan. Everyone definitely enjoyed their ice cream! The atmosphere was very laid back and enjoyable. We will most definitely be back in the near future!

Tonight our family tried the newest ice cream shop in town. Not only where we all welcomed with warm Hellos!!! The service and knowledge about their delicious treats was more than accurate. My wife and I shared a Banana Pudding “Avalanche” and our kiddo devoured a few strawberry “scoops” thanks for the awesome service and high quality.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. My wife and I took our 3 year old in there today and we left more than satisfied. The ice cream was fantastic. The setting—the aesthetic—was perfect; it’s obvious the owners take pride in their business. Beyond that, the owners themselves are incredibly welcoming. Chatting with them a bit while spending time with my family was a pleasure. And that’s what really puts this spot over and above chains like Dairy Queen (though their ice cream is definitely better than Dairy Queen): the proprietors. I’ll go back here again and again to support this business—Red Oak is better for them being here.

Today we celebrated my son's 5th birthday and what better way to do that by also supporting my man Clarence Tyler the owner! We had a very great experience here! As soon as you walk in they great you as if they already know you. Then they treat you like you are a part of their family!! Clarence and his wife are most definitely in the business of putting smiles and making memories in families!!!

Also not to many people walk into a place and actually pay attention to detail as far as what went into making the place!! I have to say it is a very beautiful place and setting! The wood work is spot on and the layout is very easy for you to see everything. Once you are there it's very hard to leave because everything around you looks so nice also a VERY CLEAN establishment!!! So this place needs 10 🌟's!!!💯💯💯

Was wanting some late night ice cream and my husband told me about a new ice cream parlor up the street from our home. So glad my daughters and I decided to come. Although it was 15 minutes before they closed we were greeted with a warm welcome and the ice cream was amazing! I had the peach cobbler parfait and my daughters had homemade vanilla and cotton candy ice cream. We will DEFINITELY return! Try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Scoops!
