“We walked in for breakfast, for our first visit, to all the tables dirty. We were the 2nd group to order. The other 2 small tables were eating. They then got busy after us. The group before us got their food. It looked great. We were excited. And then we heard order up and knew that would be our food. We watched the worker try to give our food to one table, they said it wasn't theirs then she took it to the next table and place it in front of the man. She went back for more food and placed it in front of his wife. It was exactly what I ordered! The lady looked down at the food and said to her husband this isn't my food. I said I think y'all have our food. Is that what you guys ordered? They both had just sat there, not touching the food and said it's not ours. I asked if they minded if I come and get it. They said that's fine. The worker saw me switch the food and just stared at me. I said that was our food. She never said sorry for the mistake. They food was good, but it wasn't a good first impression.”

“Wow! Schlotzsky’s had a makeover! It’s not what it used to be for sure! We had a chicken chipotle flatbread, a beef and angus on rye, and two sliders - delicious! Barbara assisted us and she made the experience for us. She was kind, attentive, and thorough. While waiting for our food - which came very fast - she kept busy cleaning up, greeting people, and making sure everyone had what they needed. She greeted employees as they came in to start their shift with genuine care asking how they were. Service was great, food was delicious, and experience pleasant.
