Newton at The Cellar

Wow is all I can say! We will be back. We have not visited the Stephenville area in a long long time. It's one of my favorite towns. Had no idea this Jewel was here waiting for us. Top notch, staff and food!

Absolutely phenomenal!! New to the area and heard about this place, low and behold he’s well known. Just a great fun night, they seated my wife and I in the “ window seat “. Lol. Go there to find out. Cowboy steaks, the best steak I have had, southwest Cesar salad- delicious! Nice to have a great place to go to and a short drive. Thank you!

Best fine dining experience Stephenville has to offer, the Cowboy Chef certainly knows his way around a steak, and makes sure his guests are taken great care of! I recommend going to the Hearsay wine bar next door before you dine with him!

The pasta was delicious! Had a smokey flavor with a hint of spicy that was just right! So good!

I'll admit I'm a little biased. Mike Newton is actually a client of mine and has come to be a good friend. I'm super excited for his restaurant to open fully. For now he is doing Pop-Up event dinners. They are 4 course and are different every time. The twists he puts on traditional meals is amazing. Everything is full of flavor, both local and exotic. If you get a chance to come to a Pop-Up you will not regret it. If you don't, plan to make reservations for the restaurant in a few months!
