“Perfect small town Texas bar, restaurant & fun hangout! Super friendly staff, great vibe, fantastic food & something for everyone to do & eat. Large outdoor area has tons of picnic tables, games & room to hang out. Totally the place to be! We had nachos, Shiner beer, & soda. It was a GINORMOUS portion & very tasty. Clean & lively place. “Wow!! Where do I even start? From Joan Herring whom we rented the Sealy House from to how we were greeted when we walked into the Grand, it was AMAZING! Chef George came out to speak with us, he and my husband, David even traded cigar, scotch & bourbon stories. The food was outstanding and we are not easy to please. The shrimp & crawfish fondue 5 stars. The pork ribeye & sides 5 stars. Our waitress, Joan 5 stars. Chef George 5 stars. We left completely satisfied but with no room for dessert. We came back the next night and had equally amazing experience and saved room for George’s bread pudding, OMG!! Now, my husband and I do not typically like bread pudding, but we were sold by Joan & George and to say it did not disappoint, does not do it justice, it was quite simply, the most incredible dessert I have ever had. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experiences!! Linda & David Irwin”
