    What a find this Delicious Bistro is! For lunch have the Mushroom Ravioli if it is available.....WOW!!!!
    Everything is Amazing!!! Make Flatonia your Destination and stay at the nearby Beautiful and Peaceful Olle Hotel and enjoy your prepared breakfast then come to the Red Vault Bistro for lunch and dinner

    My wife and I had lunch here for her birthday. It was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the food was excellent. While everything is to die for, the burger is a special treat.

    My daughter and I had the pleasure of dining here last night. We were there for the 1 year anniversary of my father's passing. The atmosphere was relaxing and we were able to have a great conversation.
    We both ordered the Alaskan salmon and it did not disappoint… Perfectly prepared and seasoned. Everything about our dining experience was superb! I will definitely recommend this place and look forward to our next visit.

    I went in yesterday at lunch and met two lovely ladies!! Elizabeth !! What an amazing Bitro the atmosphere was so relaxing and my ceaser salad with grilled chicken was delicious!! Made reservations for dinner for my husband and I!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better evening!! We So Enjoyed our Rib-eye dinner and wine!!! Thank you So Much for such an amazing Evening!! We will be back soon!! Merry Christmas ????

    This place is just... incredible. Feeling “at home” is hard to mimic, but this place... makes you feel right at home. Gabe and Elizabeth are beyond friendly and they put as much heart into their food as they do with making sure you’re comfortable and enjoying your experience. This restaurant is beyond unbelievable and I’d recommend it over and over again. If you are family oriented, if you come for a home cooked, fresh meal.... this is the place. So smile, relax and make yourself at home while you enjoy a delicious meal and a tasty beverage! (Best wine selection in town!!) Thanks again guys for the incredible service! This restaurant will forever be my favorite place in Texas!
