“This is basically a trailer with a smoker-trailer on the side of the highway. Really liked the pork shoulder. Sausage was tasty for a standard non-flavored type. Brisket was decent (This is Texas so lots of stiff competition). See the pics for what to expect. Great takeout spot if you live close.”
