    I'm a happy regular at this location! I always get yummy and fresh kolaches when I stop by! Rosie, the store manager is my favorite! She truly has a heart for service and is friendly and patient. Thank you, Rosie!!

    As a returning customer, Kolache Factory!! Thank you!!!... for the gift of a cinnamon roll and 3 glazed donuts, in addition to our usual purchase, your sweets are on point, and that sausage and egg kolache is my fave!! A loyal customer.

    Great food. Staff not so friendly in the mornings though. I evade on occasion for the friendly Chikfila staff.

    We were pleasantly surprised. We went on a whim and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious and the lattes were on point. It was a bit on the pricey side but the portions were huge. Definitely coming back!

    It is overpriced for what you get. I understand that it's a chain but it's nothing special. I had the Polish mild. I did see they had a lot of interesting flavors that I had not seen before as well as sweets like cinnamon rolls.
