Teriyaki Madness

First experience here, amazing customer service..food was hot and fresh and meet my expectations for fast fusion style meals.
Cleanliness is A-1!! Will definitely return

Do not believe any reviews about this place that are not 100% positive. The staff is over the top friendly and extremely helpful about menu questions. The young lady that helped us went into detail about every item on their menu before we ordered. When we got our food it was better than a lot of the higher end type restaurants that serve the same types of food. We are fans of this place and will certainly be back and tell our friends how good it is.

Our family tried Teriyaki Madness recently and it was very tasty and a great value. I got the chicken breast teriyaki...the smallest bowl...and it was so filling. It looks small, but there is a lot of rice, veggies and chicken in that little bowl. The veggies were fresh and it was just a full meal in a bowl. We will definitely be back to try some other items from the menu.

Arrived @8:35pm and there wasn't much of a wait. Upon entering the restaurant was very clean, you can tell the staff are attentive and clean often. The lady @the register was great. She gave recommendations and explained what their bowls come w/ since it was my first time. I went w/ the spicy chicken bowl w/ fried rice and my mom got chicken breast bowl w/ noodles. There was a 20min wait because they make it fresh to order and there were a few people ahead of us but they have 2 mounted TVs to keep you occupied. Our food came out piping hot and I couldn't wait to taste it. First bite was all chicken and if was good. The chicken was tender & juicy and it wasn't salty. They added the perfect amount of sauce, just enough to flavor the bowl w/out drenching the food in it. The fried rice was better than I expected and the veggies were steamed & cooked right vs being mushy. The chicken breast bowl w/ noodles was equally delicious. The chicken egg roll was just ok and I wouldn't order it again. All in we enjoyed our meal and would definitely visit them again. Big kudos to them having some of the friendliest staff members I've encountered! They were well mannered and greeted every customer upon entry and their departure.

Customer service was good. The food were pretty good! However I were told by the young lady
That took my order that I would get white rice,
Never got my rice that were supposed to
Come with my meal. You get nice portion for what you pay. My husband enjoyed his food as well. We will be back again!
