Ok soooo...went to check out this place last night for the live music ???? and it was really nice. Fairly new, Black owned establishment so we went to support. I was pleasantly surprised that this gem is not too far from me and offers the atmosphere that I was looking for without having to go downtown! The staff and owner were very friendly and attentive. We had great customer service and Keyda our server was the Best!! The band was AWESOME! The food was FANTASTIC!! Great atmosphere, not crowded, social distancing was not an issue since the seating was properly spaced. I will definitely be going back to try other dishes and see more of the bands that come to the venue! If you're in the Katy/Cinco Ranch/ Richmond areas this is a great place for a happy hour, great food and live entertainment ????

My family and I just visited this restaurant. It was very clean and nice. They have live music in the evenings and the food was great. The staff was friendly and it was an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

located where "The Big Easy" restaurant used to be, the new place is called Krush, with new menu, staff and ownership.

They are awaiting liquor license but the restaurant is open for business. If alcohol is important you should probably give them a few days to get things in order.

Tonight I enjoyed the Chicken & Sausage Gumbo with lump crab meat added in as an extra. Portion size was large, more than enough crab, chicken and sausage.
My initial reaction wasnt great, however, after a few bites the flavor and spices snuck up on me and i must say i was pleasantly surprised. So don't go adding Tobasco until you have really let the flavor come through.

If you prefer more "juice or soupy" Gumbo, you may want to tell them because theirs is mostly meat with rice & not a soupy type dish (which is exactly how I prefer)

We also had an excellent bbq bacon burger & fries, made with fresh high quality ingredients, cooked to the proper temperature.

They are still getting things together but it has the makings of a great local bistro.
