I came here on a whim because I was nearby. No regrets. This mom and pop shop reminds me of my early years growing up in Spring Branch - big Latino culture. Also to my happy surprise, they serve breakfast plates all day! I got a Salvadoran breakfast and my husband ordered a Tex Mex combo. Everything tastes fresh, absolutely delicious, and homey. They’re also getting an alcohol license, so it seems like margaritas will be present in the near future!

Tepatitlan did not disappoint. Great food, excellent service, and clean. We were a party of 14 and Nancy our waitress was great, she took great care of us. This was our second time and we will be regulars here. Their salsas were delicious and not to mention the homemade flour tortillas. I don’t normally order menudo but I gave it a try and it was perfect and so is their pozole. So great to have good Mexican food near by. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

We came for breakfast with a large party on a Saturday morning, and they were very attentive and gave great service. Our party ordered menudos, breakfast tacos, barbacoa, and pancakes-- everything was delicious, especially the handmade flour tortillas. We also ordered aguas frescas, and they were delicious and refreshing. We're so glad to find good, authentic Mexican food near home. Our server, Nancy, was gracious and very attentive. We're looking forward to being back!

It's a very pleasant location with a casual ambiance where we could enjoy wonderful our meal. The server paid close attention to the specifics of our order. The food was wonderful and fresh. We enjoyed our time and food in this welcoming family setting

First visit was great. We ate from the breakfast menu and it was delicious. The lemonade was really good homemade. The tortillas are homemade corn and flour.
Waitstaff and owner very attentive. I will definitely be going back and recommend to others.
