Destiny and NiNi were so great in the drive thru today! Very thorough with our order and so personable and kind. The food was delicious and made perfectly. I love this location because the food and the service is always absolutely amazing. Very proud that the workers were fully wearing their protective masks too and not just wearing them below the nose. I’m very happy about this trip. Will definitely come around again. Apple Pies here rock!
I finally get a fresh breakfast. Funny you have to request a fresh biscuit. Happy!
Whataburger breakfast is good, they have lots to choose from and seems that everyone in our party was happy with their order. Only issue was that I asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy (reminded a few times before order delivered). I checked before we left and it wasn't any different than their norm.... they had us pull over and wait for fresh crispy potato's. Fast food, good food, nice staff.
A very nice, clean, new location for this fantastic chain. I've never had a bad experience at any Whataburger. Nice friendly staff. Dual drive through lanes that were run efficiently. One thing I like about this particular location is that they added a third lane down the middle of the drive through so that if you get your food before the person in front of you, you can just swing out into the middle lane and leave. The nearby location in Bella Terra doesn't have this option. If you get your food before the person in front of you, you're going no where until they do.
I had the Mushroom Swiss burger this time around. Outstanding! Fries were on the stingy side. I don't know why burger chains keep making their containers smaller and smaller. My "medium" fries were what "small" was a couple of years ago. The medium container was only about two-thirds full which just adds insult to injury. They're just potatoes for gosh sakes!
Recently opened and very busy location right off the Harlem and TX99. This is newly opened and has been packed round the clock. Service is understandably slow but the food is properly made and it's the expected quality of Whataburger.
There plenty of parking and drive thru has double pane, but that doesn't mean it goes any faster.
