“Every time we visit (always takeout meals), we get good & fast service. The mild fried chicken we get is always hot and delicious. The mashed potatoes with gravy taste good. They accept credit card payments, including AMEX. Napkins, hot sauce & ketchup packets are on the side of the counter. The beverage station is in the dining area so you can server yourself and even enjoy seconds. They have free WiFi so you can stay connected while you dine or wait. And this month (April 2019), they have installed a credit card chip reader machine that's so very convenient for the customer - no more handing your card to them. There's ample parking here. They also have a drive-thru here. Getting in and out of their location is easy.”

“Each visit is always a good experience for me and my family as we enjoy the meals and the service. We have only had fast, friendly, thorough servers, so far. And some days, you meet wonderful servers that give amazing service. The restaurant offers both dinner & breakfast meals all day. And lunch prices are amazingly affordable. The food, coffee, and sweet tea are always enjoyable. The dining area with its country decor is clean and comfortable. The restaurant is in the Brazos Town Center just off of FM 762. Good food; fast & friendly service. This one’s a keeper!”

“Excellent, as always! Firehouse Subs is my favorite place to grab a sandwich now. I love the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich, easy on the ranch, I don't like ranch dressing dripping off of it, and it's perfect every single time. Not once, has it been messed up. Staff is always nice, polite and helpful.”

“This place is awesome! The wait staff, Lindsey, Annette and Emily are the friendliest girls. They checked on us and kept the coffee coming. The owner came out to greet us. Wish all restaurants were like this. So welcoming. We had breakfast and the El Jefe breakfast burrito with brisket was so good and filling. Definitely coming back to try the dinner plates!”

“The food is delicious. The service however is poor. We had a service that was rude, and inattentive. We had to get up and get our own refills, get up and get our own to-go boxes, pre-bus our own table. The server we had used to work at a steak house, I would NEVER eat there again with this server. If it was not for this I would give a 5 star review. They lose one star for the server, and one star for the establishment keeping this server employed. The place could also use a little more style on the inside. The ceiling decor is really awesome.”

“Excellent service. Fresh hot food. The egg rolls are so crispy. The stew has big beautiful pieces of beef and potatoes served with hot french bread.????. My first time trying beef Pho. I thought it was tasty but bringing most of it home, a little too sweet for me. I am definitely coming back to try the chicken Pho. Has the wings coated in fish sauce, very spicy but full of that flavor. All in all, great first experience. The decor is industrial, spacious and clean. Decent prices and decent portions.”
