First time ever to try a Marco's Pizza. Good service at the counter and he was very helpful in making our selections. Took my 6 and 7 year old with me and they ate it up! Thanks for a good experience and we'll be back!

I’m writing because I was rather disappointed that approximately half of the napkin holders at the tables were empty or very close to empty even though my group of eight were the only customers in the restaurant the entire time that we were there ( around 6:00-7:15p). Occasionally a few other customers came in for to go orders, but we were the only ones dining in. There were at least four male workers there, so I really don’t understand why they could not restock the napkin holders (before or while we were there). Just to make it even worse, the condiments caddy on our table was not only lacking napkins, but it also did not have any red pepper, and I love red pepper on my pizza. My friends also use red pepper so we had to get it ourselves from another table. When I asked one of the boys working there to provide some napkins, The napkin holder that he brought over only had approximately 5 to 10 napkins, which is clearly not enough for a group of eight, half of which were kids. Just looking around the entire empty restaurant, I could clearly see that some of the few napkin holders that did have napkins Had many more napkins than that, So that was even more frustrating. I’m sorry if this seems like a petty complaint, but that really was a poor first impression, especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant. The Four guys were not terribly busy the entire time, either. Then to make things even worse, when i asked about any rewards programs for Marco’s Pizza such as a punch card or rewards app, they were not very well informed. The first kid did give me a punchcard, and said he thinks there is some other kind of rewards program, but he wasn’t sure, so he got another young boy to come over and help. While I was waiting for the second boy to come over, I quickly found your app in the Apple App Store, and showed it to the first boy. When I showed him the app on my phone with your logo, he couldn't even confirm whether or not that was the correct app for your store. He was really uncertain and avoided answering until the second boy arrived. when the second boy arrived to the counter, he confirmed it was the correct app but he said that he could enter my information into the system for me or I could do it myself through the app, whichever I prefer. I let him go ahead and enter it for me in his digital register device since I figured it would be faster, but then when I tried to register the app afterwards, I asked if it would synchronize and give me the points for the purchase I just made. He said he thought it would as long as I use the same name, email and phone number, But he wasn't sure since he's never used the app himself. Shouldn't all the employees be familiar with the company's app? When I tried a few minutes later, it had not given me credit for the purchase but the group was leaving and my wife wouldn't let me go back to get the points added. it seems the staff there need a lot of training. The only good thing was that the pizza and wings were actually surprisingly good, and I would go back for the food. I just really hope that those issues will not occur again for me or anyone else. One more thing is that I just have a strong personal preference for paper towels for drying hands in restrooms because I don’t like touching the dirty handles on the faucet or on the door after I have cleaned my hands, but the restaurant only has an air dryer. Then as a final irritating point, I thought I could at least be able to get some sort of offer for spending my time giving feedback, and was happy when I found just such an offer on the back of the receipt. But then to my dismay, when I tried to do the survey, I could not find the survey code that was supposed to be on the receipt, so now I don’t even know if I’m going to get anything in return for all my time and effort.

The employees were friendly and courteous. Ordered the Double Chocolate Brownies. They made them fresh. Was very very good. If the rest of their food is like their brownies.... I would highly recommend giving them a try.
