Server Adrian or Andrea was great! Our drinks never got low, she kept us replenished. The crawfish bisque was too salty for me. My guest from NOLA thought his gumbo lacked seasoning too watery. My salad was a half of lettuce..interesting! The blacken salmon and asparagus drizzled with crawfish sauce was #1 Thanks for great service
Floyds was delicious!!! People friendly, our waitress Jessica has a great personality and her customer service were outstanding. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger " I be back ".
I love the crawfish and the food is great. The staff is friendly. Nice and they have clean restrooms. I enjoy each time i go. But request hot fries they have been cold on more then one occasion. Lol
Went on a Friday right at noon. The place was crowded, but there were a couple empty tables. The service was a little spotty. I think they needed more wait staff, but I attribute that to it being the lunch rush. The food was great as usual, I had the fried combination platter from the lunch menu. Love their hush puppies!
My wife and I came here for a company end of the year dinner recently, and though the atmosphere over all was great along with the food...It was the service that in a way killed it for us. The waitress had a bit of a sour attitude towards the entire party we were with from arrival to departure. She did everything from huffing, puffing, to rolling her eyes. It was like we were inconveniencing her with our presence. Not only that, but she seemed to being afraid to hand us our food when it did finally arrive, because the plates were too hot according to her. It wasn't hot at all. We could all touch our plates with no problem. And though the food was delicious...My wife asked for onions with her steak, and the waitress flat out said she could put that down for her but she doubted that they would come with the steak. I mean she chose to work in this kind of industry where people are going to ask if they can have certain things. It isn't and shouldn't be an ordeal to say yes ma'am or I'm sorry ma'am but we can't do that. Honestly the waitress needs to be addressed by management about her lack of professionalism. So if you want friendly service with their delicious food, be sure to go at non-busy hours so the wait staff doesn't have an excuse not to address your needs, desires, and or questions with some common courtesy. And no I don't believe everyone there is a jerk, but that waitress was back then that was for sure.
