Buffalo Wild Wings

I want to give this place 4 stars considering the situation but I cannot do so because of a standard I go by. The situation was we went here around 9pm and there was a Rockets game and an Astros game going at the same with special pricing on classic wings Tuesdays. Knowing they are busy we expected a wait but an hour is a bit of a stretch. My standard for service isn't ridiculous but if you fail to refill a drink before the bill at least one time I am going to ding you. We were without refills for a good 30 minutes before we just settled the bill, at which point the waitress asked if we wanted refills. Food is your standard wing fair.

Best waitress ever!! She packed me extra celery and carrots at the end of the night, when my wings we're too hot she took the price off and made it better even though the kitchen had just closed, thank you.

Decent wings. Would be great if the wings were sauced better. It's usually 50\50 that there is not enough or way too much sauce. This coming from someone that is not picky at all.

Went there after work on a Saturday nite, every place in the vicinity was packed. We were able to get in and set 3 at the bar. Sam the bartender was delightful. We all had cheeseburgers and fries. Beer was cold and refreshing, burgers were cooked and presented perfectly!

I come in late night all the time to get togo after work and the service is always amazing! I love it! I stopped going to the Brazos Town Center location a long time ago even though it's much closer to my house. This is my go-to BWW ! Sammy Sam behind the bar is always so sweet and she remembers her customers which shows she cares about the people she's taking care of. Being a bartender myself I know it's important to have a bartender you enjoy talking to. Never had a bad experience here. Great food and drinks.
