Eggcellence Cafe

This was my first time to Eggcellence. I've heard so many good things about it so had to try for myself. Great service, great food and it came so fast! We will be back!

The coffee is delicious! I ordered the fajita omelette; it was “to die for”! So, I came back for more. I order a steak fajita omelette, but it was made with chicken instead. Although I didn’t mind, to my surprise the manager (Aaron) came out with a freshly made fajita steak omelette! Great friendly staff. I found my favorite breakfast spot.

Eggcellence Cafe is a nice local breakfast place. It's counter service, but the staff does a great job being attentive and welcoming. The menu is large, but not quite as big as your typical diner (which may have a 100 items). They don't have pork on the menu, but the beef bacon is a great substitute. The turkey sausage is less successful. The pancakes are some of the best I've had.

However, I can recommend this place for families. There are no changing stations in either restroom. That's ridiculous for any restaurant, but especially one with a kids menu. Otherwise, I given them at least 4 stars, maybe 5.
