(September 1, 2023, 12:48 pm)I gotta start off with recommending the brisket & cheese kolaches— WOWWWW!! 🤩🤩🤩 I typically don’t eat meat, but give you don’t find a brisket & cheese kolaches often, I HAD TO TRY IT!! I’ve gotta say, even though in the day I visited, they prepared it with different dough and had more of a pizza consistency… the flavor & fall off the bone of the brisket was worth it. This is probably some of the best brisket I’ve had in awhile, including some of the steakhouses I’ve visited in the past. The customer service is on point & makes me want to return again. They provide the warmth, family-oriented service you don’t typically find, reminded me of good ol’ Sugar Land businesses from when I was growing up here.
