    A nice gas station off of 45 that doubles as a BBQ place. Their brisket grilled cheese and chopped beef sandwich were amazing. The meat had a range of textures from nice and fatty to the crispy bits we all love with everything in between. Desserts were great and you could wash it all down with something from their decent beer selection. As my girlfriend would say this is going on the BBQ noms list!

    Brisket done properly. Good crispiness and flavor on the bark; marbling throughout; tender and juicy. They slice it thinner than I like but still produce excellent brisket. The potato salad was perfect. Cole slaw could use a little more imagination but I still liked it. Corn bread reminds me of my grandma’s, which was my favorite. Folks were very nice as well.
