I call BS on how long they are cooking their BBQ. I have never been served undercooked brisket at a restaurant that cooks for "18 hours". But the sausage was delicious. they have a great selection of BBQ sauce so you get what you want from Texas to Kansis to Memphis!

The line was out the door on the Wednesday night that I visited. But don't let the line deter you, because the food is definitely worth the wait.Country singer Granger Smith was there eating. I have had lots of BBQ in Texas and this is definitely top 5. The ladies were very patient as well. Two people in my group had never gotten Texas BBQ and the meat cutter was nice enough to take the time to talk them through a process that can be intimidating for people who are not used to all the different cuts and options. They where out of several meats but what there is always next time. Two thumbs up do not pass the Texas gem by.

A Texas Institution for many years! BBQ done right, and unlike many BBQ joints they don't forget to make each side as delicious as the meat. Mac and cheese is NOT soggy cafeteria mac like many others. Slaw is awesome, and the peach cobbler was way too much but too good to put down. You will not regret eating at this joint

Excellent food! Excellent staff! This should be a stand alone restaurant turned into a multimillion dollar franchising operation. Everyone in the USA would benefit from their home cooked feel but better than you can make taste. I hope I can remember this place in a year or two the next time we pass through on the way to the beach.

Yum! First time in town for work & 3 separate locals recommended Cole's. The atmosphere was very casual with Texas rustic decor! This barbecue was absolutely incredible. The brisket had insane bark. The pork ribs fell of the bone. The Fried pickles where amazing. I skipped the sausage. Absolutely worth the money.I took off one star because they need more parking spaces. I had to park across the street and walk over.
