Waffle House

Honestly, could have been better food wise. I have different tastes though, so I will not judge overly critically. The other people I was with enjoyed the food, and ate a bunch of hash and a few waffles. The cool part is that the music is controlled by a juke box, so there are custom music choices. This was cool, but so was the AC, forcing me to wear a hoodie for a while. This AC problem is widespread, but I think it might have been a bit worse here.

Came this weekend to Galveston for my birthday and we had a late night breakfast dinner which hands down was the best tasting food I’ve had at a Waffle House location. The bacon was cooked to perfection and the hash browns were nice and crispy but not burnt. The waffle was nice and fluffy as well. I’m giving it 4 stars because there wasn’t fresh gravy for the biscuits and gravy because it was expired. Waitress was a bit timid but sweet. Besides that great experience.

My wife and I drive over an hour on occasion to go eat at waffle house. The Galveston location is a must before we leave on cruises or visit with family! Love this place please open a Waco location.

Our party of 2 adults and 4 kids had Jessica 2 days in a row. She was sweet and fast and got our large order correctly. She just gave off a good vibe and a bright smile for our trip. If we come back to Galveston we definitely want to have her as our waitress again. This visit started off my friend and I last day of Vacation right!

Jessica helped us both last night and today and she was the sweetest thing ever. I'm hearing impaired and had several children with me and the fun fast passed style of this restaurant is a bit overwhelming but she was beyond patient with me. I greatly appreciate the service she gave to me and my children. I will be returning to this establishment next time I come to Galveston. Thank you Jessica.
