Queen's Bar-B-Que

Food was amazing- but the beef (which was really good too) was not the star as much as the pork (which my son gobbled down so quick we missed it for ourselves) delicious sausage and cooked to melt in your mouth perfection ribs. Loaded deluxe beef potato amazing as was the Mac and cheese. Great intro to Galveston from California folk. Awaiting dessert to take back to hotel!! Highly recommended.
Tried giving 4.8 stars but app wouldn’t let me partial start it.
Customer service was polite and helpful. Would definitely come again.

My husband will be writing this post. I'm a retired Chef and I butcher, grind , chop and smoke my own meats including a variety of sausages. My wife Sandy and I enjoyed our meals today! Great Job and a special thanks to Miss Sandy for filling us in on the history of Queens BBQ. Keep doing a great job and remember that if you could please every person 100% of the time we would all be Billionaires!

We had an amazing lunch today. I especially loved the jalapeno cheese biscuit Everything was wonderful, but the peach cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream was to die for! Yummy! We had such a nice time talking to the owner Sandy, she made us feel like family!

Yuuuum!!!! Smoked turkey cliffhanger is a great balance of meat, cheese & jalapeno cheese bread. Beautiful smoked flavor. Hubby had the 1/2 Smoked Chicken Plate. The most tender breast he's had in ages. Flavor has a hint of fruit. Slaw & potato salad were good. Great atmosphere.

Cute, authentic Texas BBQ joint. Home cooking and great prices. We met the owner, she was lovely. You have to try the BBQ sauce and fudge brownie Sunday! It's a must in Galveston!
