Our first time here. I had grilled fish with black eyed peas & cole slaw. Very yummy. My hubby had a large bowl of gumbo. He said the serving was more than enough and very tasty. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back!
We try to sample of their seafood gumbo was too salty. And instead we ordered a fish and shrimp Seafood plate with oysters was very good the wife ordered baked catfish and the mixed vegetables which was squash and zucchini sauteed she said that too was awesome and service was extremely good. Wood have given five stars but gumbo was too salty
The gumbo there is delicious! So much better than the tomato based ones I get in the southeast. The breakfast there are huge and delicious. Good prices and a water view. Highly recommended.
The gumbo was the least tastiest thing that was ordered. The service is absolutely wonderful and the food, other than the gumbo, is really good. Their friend seafood was great. The grilled oysters were just delicious. I gave three stars because I expected so much more from the gumbo based on the name.
This place was an accidental find and I loved it. The food was phenomenal. left an amazing flavor that danced on my tongue. The service was alright, could have been better but for my first time there and observing the atmosphere it was a pleasant place. It had a crowd so obviously this was a popular place. Can't wait to go again!
