Saltgrass Steak House

Went during restaurant week on Galveston Island. It was a great opportunity to try different items served at the Saltgrass. It is very beneficial to purchase the corporate Landry’s reward card. Great deals and rewards involved with all their other properties.

Had the lunch special. Salad was ice cold. I enjoyed a salad for the first time ever. The steak had wonderful flavor!!!!!

Saltgrass continues it's first class service and cleanliness in Galveston. The food met all expectations, the waiter's attention to details, and anticipation of our needs, unsurpassed on the Seawall. Next trip I may have all of my diner's here, as these are not qualities easily found on the strip.

Went to Saltgrass tonight to celebrate my brother’s 21st birthday. Service was absolutely wonderful! The menu had many options that all looked amazing! I had the chicken and shrimp and it was great!! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

The atmosphere here was as expected for a large chain. Typical steakhouse decor. The service was some of the best I've had. Our server was incredibly polite and helpful. I ordered the fondue to start and the 12oz ribeye with a side of Mac and cheese. The fondue was very cheesy and creamy, very flavorful. The garlic bread it came with was a bit dry and dense. The table bread was much better. The Mac and cheese was a bit dry and bland, not very cheesy. The steak was flavorful and well Seasoned, though the cut of prime rib was a bit tougher than expected but overall very good food for the value.
