Galvestonite Bistro

The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is exciting and inviting. The food is THE BOMB. The crawfish is top notch. Whether you're a local or visiting, this place is worth the drive regardless of where you're at on the island.

My boyfriend and I tried the Galvestonite Bistro for the first time today at the end of the Spring Break season. We absolutely loved it! They treated us so well (during a CRAZY busy time). We ordered 3 lbs of their crawfish and man was it good! We are new Galveston locals and will definitely be back to try more from their menu.

All in all, great service, nice bar & delicious food. Be sure to stop here on your way down to Galveston Island🏝

They had a pretty limited menu as they haven't been open long but everything we ordered we liked. That includes fish tacos shrimp tacos crawfish tacos buffalo chicken wings fried pickles onion rings french fries by the way those were awesome. I recommend going there and there was a long wait even on spring break weekend.

They just opened back up and me being an Executive Chef's wife I totally understood the limited menu for their "Ramsey Reopening." Everything was delicious, fresh and not Sysco frozen. They are staffing up so patience is key for the next week while they continue to fine tune their process. I know their menu will expand too. Coming from South Padre Island, please give these locals a try. They are West Island and I was surprised how few businesses are here. I would support them again at my island if down South. Anyway, our meals were delicious and made scratch to order.

Excited we have another dinner choice on the West end of Galveston! Dinner was great! Staff is very friendly. Although they are temporarily closed I can't wait for them to open again. I will definitely be back!
